Hey there! I’m Heidi Stein, and I’m thrilled you’ve found your way here in the vast ocean of the internet. With over 25 years in public education as a parapro, teacher, and school counselor, I’ve empowered students to live their best lives. Now, I have turned that passion toward health and wellness. My journey has been all over the place. I’ve wrestled with dysfunctional eating, self-shame, and body image issues. These challenges, which still hold a small amount of real estate in my brain, sparked a calling within me to help others with similar struggles. Recently, I discovered the science behind nutrition and strength training. Simple tools and mindset shifts became my secret sauce, transforming my fitness journey. I realized that wellness is simpler than I thought—it’s about finding habits and tools that work for you.
